Home Service Direct, LLC sent over a handyman to paint 2 bedrooms. The paint job was pretty good. However, we are starting to notice little things that were not cleaned up or put back in place properly. There is some paint on the window trim and one of the closet doors was not put back on correctly so now one of the doors does not close. That is a little disappointing given this is a brand new home.

Home Services Direct redid the kitchen and then the bathroom in my condo in Glen Ellyn. The work started when promised and was completed quickly (less than a week for each including repainting) with no muss or fuss. The crew came back immediately (within 48-72 hours) to handle the punch list items. The price was fair (and below other bidders) but it is the service level that puts Home Service Direct on my list of heroes. Their crew took care of me like I was in their family; I feel guilty that there wasn't space at the table to invite them all back for Thanksgiving dinner. Troy Traub and his guys will, I hope, forgive me for that oversight. Next time, my only call for repair or remodelling will be Home Service Direct.
