Appliance broke

I am begging you guys. please do not use their services. this guy Roger Sutherland is a thief. i am not writing this just because i want to destroy someone livelihood. this guy has a lot of tattoos on him. he scammed me out for $1060. he was at my house a couple of times to fix my refrigerator and the dishwasher power line. so i called him for the third time when my furnace had a carbon monoxide leak. he came and confirmed that i had a carbon monoxide leak. he told me that the heat exchanger was bad and i needed a new furnace. this was on 12/21/2018 in the middle of the cold. he told me he could change it the next day if i gave him $1060. Without even thinking twice, i gave him a check for that amount. after he left my house i started to have second thought, so that night i went on line to put a hold on the check. unfortunately the check was cashed out as soon as he left my house. that's when i realized something was up. ever since he never showed up at my house again. he sent me dubious text messages. i had Lowe's to come in and install a new furnace. this guy drives a white van and has tattoo all over his body. do not be fooled by his calm demeanor. he is a thief. i am doing this so he won't be able to scam future clients. as for me i am not so worry. no one does me wrong without ever paying a price for it. i do not go around causing trouble and expect the same in return. this time he messed with the wrong dude. i have put a curse on him for up to three generations. i had no choice. i feel bad for him, his children and his grand children. nothing good will ever come out of them for the next three generations. i hope he has the courage to tell his conjoint and children what await them. i am very sorry for that but i had to do it.

They will upcharge you in parts and labor. I ended up paying 200$ for a 60$ part, then they lied and told me both furnaces were broken when only one was. Don’t trust this service. These dudes are major scam artists

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - DID NOT ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE OR INVESTIGATE ISSUE. DIDN'T EVEN OPEN THE FRIDGE THE SECOND TIME OUT. Intermittent issues with fridge where fridge stops cooling & goes up to 50 degrees. First guy out x6. Then they sent out Roger. First time came out as scheduled. Advised 'call when it happens again" - called AND sent pictures. Schedule to come out but no call/no show. No response despite numerous text messages & Voicemails. Had to contact AHS AGAIN & he finally came out. Attempted to show him pictures as it had been out that am but not at time of his 5:00pm arrival. Asked me if I was wanting it replaced & I said yes after 6 repairs & 8-9 service appointments. Said he would send in report that afternoon. Called to f/u since haven't heard & he told AHS "nothing wrong with it". I just wanted it replaced. Didn't bother to advise of pictures sent or he didn't even open fridge second time out. Lied right to my face. Bet he didn't tell them he didn't even open the fridge let alone look at anything when he was out here 2nd time. Not sure about first time because I wasn't here. Did tell him the history and all the repairs already done.
