Paula started here about a year ago, cleaning our home every other Thursday. This year things started going off the rails - always some last minute excuse she couldn't come. As of today, she has only been here once in the last twelve weeks! She should have been back from El Salvador two weeks ago, but never showed up for work last Thursday or today. She never bothered to tell us that she never intended to come to work again. Not very professional.
