Terrible, he came twice and didn't even do the job. I wanted to install a whole house humidifier. I sent the specific model I wanted to install, I expect that he knows what it takes to install it, when he came over I got so many excuses of how that was going to be long and difficult. He recommended another humidifier I didn't want it. I changed for a separate model and same story, all I hear was excuses. All this time he never really gave me a clear estimate of how much was going to take to do the job. At the end he left without doing anything and texted me to get someone else for it, he had already wasted enough time in my project. Great way to waste $85 for a 10min service call I guess. Way to go Porch!
