Customer hired a non licensed contractor who took their money. This is a post from a customer of ours to our Facebook page. " My story is a very long one. If you want to skip to the end: hire these guys. They cleaned up a terrible mess for me. Just received an incredibly complimentary final inspection. The inspector was impressed with their work and attention to detail. The details: We hired another local HVAC company to update our heating system and install 2 AC units. He stole thousands of dollars and damaged our home. He cut through supporting beams, we never got our second furnace or our 2 ac units. He took out the boiler and radiators, left big holes in the foundation, collapsed our ceiling in the family room and the furnace he did leave was missing parts and doors and not installed properly. Fast forward a few months and these guys have come in, started over again and gotten the job done. It is cool and comfortable on all 3 floors."

Cost included all tax, labor, materials and city permits. Customer has a lifetime warranty for this furnace on the heat exchanger. The customer received $200.00 back on the Consumers rebate program and substantial savings on fuel consumption. The picture is what these furnaces look like when they are installed.
