The name I was given was Jesus Olivarez when he came to give me the estimate and agreed to do the job; however, I'm seeing he also uses the name Lorenzo. He took half the money for the job up front in April 2017, has never started nor finished the job he was hired for, and refuses to respond to any of my attempts to contact him or requests to refund my money.
