I sued John Tipped for fraud and theft and won my case after he pocketed my $5,400 cash I gave him to fixed my house. I was unaware he may had a substance abuse problem when I gave him my money, another mistake I made I never monitored my house and was unaware the defendant was not even showing up. People be aware John Tippett was nothing more than a ticking time bomb of red flags, The red flags were there I ignored every one of them, If your mind tells you something is wrong listened. John Tippett arrived to my house and within 20 mins requested $1800 cash to start the project and demanded cash only. Red flag alert I thought his "special" wife was my friend so I gave him the money, I asked John Tippett how long the project would take he said I don't know. Red flag alert so many red flags. Long story short from the $5,400 cash he was given to repair the house he basically pocketed every single dime clean for the exception of $260 in inferior cheap material that we were not able to used. John Tippett also claim to the Better Business In 2019 I owed him money, Hallucination are not real, I hope that he can get the help that he needs. Somebody said he help me fixed my porch...lol nothing but lies written by John Tippet "special wife" John Tippett is an incompetent male with no real skills..what porch he could fixed I won't trust him to put a lock on a door. John Tippett did an excellent job for. He repaired my porch plus did some roofing job for me. I would highly recommend him.
