Ransom Roofing

I see there are a few negative reviews about Ransom Renovations, but please rest assured that we had nothing but a phenomenal experience while working with Shane. If you look at the facebook and google reviews there are not any bad reviews. Only on this website for some odd reason.. We had a huge tree limb fall onto our roof. Shane came out with our insurance adjustor and inspected the roof. Him and his crew had our roof done within one day. He is very easy to work with and truly cares about his clients. We will recommend him to all of our neighbors, family, and friends.

After the job was finished I noticed quality was lacking, the crew left messes of caulk, footprints, and dust. I tried to talk to Shane about these issues to be fixed, but he wanted to discuss more charges and took no responsibility for the lack of quality.

Terrible. This was a contractor that put in new windows in our renovated home. When we had issues with a window the seller told us to contact him regarding the warantee and he would help out. First time he supposedly got the times mixed up and came out to seal the outside of the window when we weren't home. He then agreed to come back to fix the interior. The first scheduled time his car broke down and the second scheduled time he supposedly had a death in the family. We told him we were on a very strict timeline to get this done because it was apart of a repair agreement during closing. Two days before closing and we haven't fixed the window. No recommendation here and I would be leery of Todd Fiddlers Fine Homes as well. They were the ones that used this contractor.

I saw shane twice through the whole process, the initial meeting and to collect the money. He would call and say that his men were coming to work or complete my project and they would not show until 2 weeks or longer. A simple project took 2 months. It was the most horrible experience ever. I didn't want to pay him. I don't want to give one star on this review either.
