Safe-Dry Carpet Cleaning of Alpharetta

The worst experience I've ever had. If you're looking for a company that provides good service and at a reasonable rate, PLEASE DON'T CHOOSE THIS COMPANY. I was initially quoted a price of $119 for 4 rooms and a hallway. When the technician arrived, he measured the area at 900 sq ft. He then quoted me a price of around $370. When questioned about the initial $119, he stated that that was for 600 sq ft. Even if you DOUBLED the initial estimated it would only be at $240!? When I asked him where the $370 price came from he gave vague replies about how the area was over the limits and whatnot. I called the manager and he simply said that they were the "#1 cleaning company in Georgia" which was "worthy" of the price. I think not. When they started cleaning, the technician used no specialized equipment and did something akin to vacuuming the floors. YOU WOULD HAVE BETTER RESULTS IF YOU RENTED A CARPET CLEANER FOR $30. The experience makes me furious at the mere thought and I hope and nobody else has to go through such an experience with this SCAM OF A COMPANY.

I think Safe-Dry did a great job, very thorough in cleaning our rug, hallway, and stairs. The other plus side is that there are no chemicals used (we have a dog) and it dried in 1 hour. I would use and recommend them.

Adan was very professional! My husband and I are very happy with the outcome of the service. We will definitely be using Safe-Dry on our next cleaning, hoping Adan will be our service guy!
