KB Glass scammed me out of $3900. Paid them last year (November) and was told they would install my windows in 10 weeks. Here it is 26 weeks later and no windows, no estimate of when I will get my windows. I asked for proof they were actually ordered from the manufacturer and they could not or would not provide me any proof. I was told I just have to wait. Their customer service is awful. No updates, so if you want to know anything you have to reach out to them. And then you are told, you have to be patient. How long? Forever apparently. Save your money because you might as well throw it out the window, the one you’ll never have installed.
