Mouse on a wire **GRAPHIC PICTURE**

Nov 2015

We received a call that the customer had opened their garage door but was unable to get it to close and they were unsure why. Upon arriving an hour later the technician found this little guy, who unfortunately did not make it and at the same time had caused a jam on their door. Marshall was able to loosen it up and with gloves, removed the mouse, serviced the door and got it back up and running within 30 minutes.

Replaced the Operator

Oct 2015

Mrs. G called us out on October 29th due to an issue with her remotes and wireless keyless entry not responding. Our Technician David was out that same afternoon to asses the operator and found that her Circuit board had burned out, due to age and normal wear and tear. The operator she had was a much older model that they no longer made parts for so we suggested a new operator be installed. We supplied her with an operator she requested, the Lift Master 1/2 HP Chain Drive installed by our Technician Chase the very next day. He removed and disposed of the old operator and materials with it and installed the new operator, included with two wireless renmotes and a wireless outdoor keypad and indoor wall button. He ensured everything was connected, balanced and programed before her left.
