Van Zandt Construction

Van Zandt did an outstanding job on our remodel. We had hardwood floors added to most of the house. Completely remodeled the master bath and kitchen and updated all bathrooms as well as painted throughout. The owner meet with us once a week and updated progress as well as budget versus actual. As a result, we knew where we stood at all times and did not overspend the budget. Van Zandt's subs are good and the painter and cabinet maker we would rate as excellent! We have no problem recommending Van Zandt and the owner Bryan Davis.

I have worked with Bryan on multiple projects and he absolutely has my professional recommendation and endorsement. His follow thru and commitment to his clients and their priorities or schedule and budget is a very important quality. His attention to detail and project communication ensure the success of every project. I would have no hesitation recommending him for a small remodel as I know he will give it as much attention as a larger residential or commercial project. They would all be handled beautifully.
