South By Plumbing

We hired them to fix a small leak from the back of my restroom trailer. They put in a new line ($550) but didn't check the water pressure! This caused my pipes to burst so now the bathrooms flood and water gushes out the back. Their technician acted he didn't know anything about water pressure and we should have told him about needing a pressure valve. There was one on the previous plumbing plus I'm not a plumber and assumed when we hired them he would know these things. He called his boss and they said it would be another $500 to out valve on but didn't offer to fix the burst pipes. When my husband asked to speak with the owner the rep gave him the "he's busy so I'll have him call you back bs" he then left. I had Ralph, the owner's number. We've caled several times and left messages and texts for him to come see his guy's disaster work have not heard back.
