Centex Bath

I began the task of getting quotes for remodeling the master and 2nd bathrooms in my 1980's built home and found Centex Bath to be most in line with my budget and goals. Alan and his crew worked magic in these bathrooms and now they are far and above the builder grade quality that was in place for far too long. Could not be happier with how both bathrooms turned out! All the dust was worth it!

I have been very conflicted about leaving this review. I know Alan had the best intentions and wanted things to go smoother and have better quality, but unfortunately, it was not the case in both cases. We hired Centex to help remodel our bathroom tub and this project was very difficult with communication and quality with attention to details, cracked trim, crooked tile cutting, uneven tile-laying, and rough drywall work. Alan offered me a discount on another project I had to help ease the pain of the bathroom project. This project has terrible communication and bewildering lack of focus on details, not painting the door, no door handles, and end piece of trim in the middle of the wall. Alan later shared he had a man that left so he was understaffed and he was trying to shuffle to get things covered. I wish he had offered up that information when things were going on instead of after. It felt as we were not important customers and that the discount meant we got the last priority. Overall I can't really recommend based on our experience.

Alan Grimsley and his team earned a perfect score, two thumbs up and a gold star. Job well done at a reasonable price. I was extremely pleased with the installer, James, a real PRO. I now have a stunning new shower. Thank you so much for the beautiful job.

I had Centex Bath redo my bathroom and it turned out perfect. They took out my old tub and tile floor and vanity, built a new walk-in shower and installed a new tile floor and vanity. I love my new bathroom and all the guys at Centex were genuinely good people.
