In November of 2014, I called Water Wizards because I felt I needed a water filtration system on one of my wells. They promptly came out and after some education about wells, we agreed that they should do an evaluation of my two wells. Down went the video camera system, and as we watched "live," the problems with the wells were identified. John Often basically said that I really didn't need a water filtration system, and that it would only be treating the symptoms of something wrong - he would prefer to fix the problems. Which they did! And in excellent fashion. Water Wizards installed two new well shaft linings, preventing ground water from entering the well via ground fissures. Both of my wells now are virtually perfect, with crystal clear water. So, if you're looking for someone to soak you for a water treatment system that only treats the symptoms of a problem, instead of fixing the problem, Water Wizards are not the folks you want. They will fix the problem, and do what's right for your situation. Me, I'm happy they did and a I am a very satisfied customer.
