Andrew did a number of home repairs for me (I provided him with a punch list). He was efficient and found solutions to problems that I thought would be much more expensive to fix. He prepped and painted a bedroom and did a professional job.

Needed dry wall repair. Andrew did superb work; was easy to communicate with; dependable and thorough. Showed up on time. Completed the tasks and was available for a few other minor jobs. Wholeheartedly recommend him.

Andrew has been great to work with. He has fixed a kitchen faucet and a leaky appliance for me. Each time, he was very responsive to my communication, showed up on time, and performed the work wonderfully all for a reasonable amount. I would certainly use Andrew again in the future.

| Washer & Dryer Installation | Apr 2016 | This lovely couple were in a jam. The dryer was sitting in the LR and they couldn't get anyone to figure out how to figure out the challenges of this installation. The washing machine was very heavy and impossible to push into place. The dryer sat on top, but the gas line was too low and the vent was impossible to get to. I used a piece of plywood on the floor and used olive oil to slide the washer into place. I raised the gas line to connect and the photo is me making the final hook up for the dryer vent. Whew! : ) | Arlington, MA | ||

I' worked with the mason to rebuild the foundation and build a new chimney among other things. Replumbed the house, new windows, 12 volt system with solar panel, and lots of work on the land, to say the least.
