This cannot include electrical or plumbing. PENALTY: A Class A misdemeanor and a Class 2 Felony, plus fines up to $11,000 and 1 to 15 years. I hired Chris to do a bathroom and kitchen remodel. I provided him 1900.00 up front. After noticing no work being completed and no response from Chris I had my attorney do some research and was able to recoup my money. If you are wronged by someone posing as a licensed contractor you should research UTAH LAWS REGARDING CONTRACTOR LICENSING 58-55-502 & 58-55-501

My parents in law contracted with Chris in May 2019. They needed a shed built but Chris informed them he needed half down. They drove a 7800.00 dollar check to him in Logan and dropped it off to Chris”s wife. Since then he refuses calls and doesn’t answer texts for weeks. When he does answer he lies about why he can’t even start the job. This last Thursday he was supposed to meet them in Logan and return the money but at the last minute his wife called and said he couldn’t make it because he was in a wreck. My parents in law are on a fixed income and some of the best people you will ever meet. Don’t do business with Chris. Period. And Chris, don’t be a thief!!!!! These people trusted you and you flat out stole their money.

The most unethical company ever. Did such a bad job grading my yard and the sprinkler work was not up to standards. I ended up hiring some else to fix and finish up the job. Made lots of. Excuses and point fingers. Never follow up and lies. DO NOT hire this company!

Sister in law contracted with C&H in August of 2018 to grade lot, install irrigation, add topsoil and sod and finish landscape. As of May 2019 the job has never been completed, in fact barely started. They still hold $20k of her money and refuse to answer calls. Any work started was never completed, all work was sub standard per respected contractor who will be completing the job. Everything started needs replaced or redone.
