I have no idea why Bob had any negative reviews. I recently used his firm for a total bathroom renovation, as well as building an office in my lower level along with several smaller projects. Most of this was done with my being out of state and having to trust his oversight and communicating by voice and photo. The results are fabulous. He stayed within budget and even added a few small projects that he did not charge for me. Bob spent almost a whole day taking me from tile store to store to fine just what i wanted and his experience and knowledge of materials was invaluable. Yes, he is a contractor, and the project ran slightly over the time line, but things happen when you are renovating. The tile was a few days late, a vanity part was cracked etc. Overall, this was a great experience and I felt totally comfortable leaving him in charge while I was on the east coast. I look forward to doing another project with Bob later in the year.

This company did a small bathroom project for me that had a tight deadline. Though they provide fairly good craftsmanship - BUYERS: BEWARE!!! Owner and operator, Robert Jorgensen makes verbal commitments that he does not intend on keeping. He is unprofessional and not dependable. He talks all about the million dollar jobs that he does and commercial projects he takes on - which translates to "Small jobs don't mean a thing to him." Trust me. This contractor has terrible customer service practices and I would NEVER recommend him to my worst enemy.
