DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!. My family contracted Keith Jeralds to build and install a floating dock at our cabin on Teal Lake near Marion. After paying him a significant amount of money, he never delivered the dock. He failed to answer phone calls, told us he had built the dock but had trouble with his trailer so he couldn't deliver it. My husband arranged to bring a trailer. Keith did not respond at the agreed to time. My husband found his house and saw that the pontoon dock was not finished, despite his claim that it was ready for installation. Keith Jeralds has still not delivered the dock, avoids our phone calls, and we have found that he is suspected as a possible drug dealer.

I paid Jerald’s half the money up front after he worked 4 hours on a Thursday and never showed up again till tue only to work for 4 hours again after throwing a fit I finally got him to return on sat to work 4 hours again on tue the following week he text me asking for more money for other stuff I wanted done and after refusing and asking for my money back he won’t answer my call or texts stay away a craigslist theif
