In a word ‘terrible’. I needed an exterior drain cleaned. They recommended an expensive hydro jetter, which couldn’t negotiate any bend in the pipe. Their response was to more than double their quote. The price was too great and I declined further service. You expect a professional to have an idea of what will work and take responsibility when they can’t meet an obligation. These people insisted on full payment for a failed service attempt! I would describe their customer service as hostile and bullying. The lack of accountability coupled with greed was mind boggling! I learned a very expensive lesson about this company.
