B & T Caretakers

B&T Caretakers completed installation of our hardwood floors. They did an excellent job and were very professional. I would recommend their services to anyone.

I have had B & T Caretakers do several projects for me at my personal home as well as several of my client's homes. Bill is always on time, provides great customer service and does really nice work. Bill can do pretty much anything interior or exterior around a home. He comes with a big smile and upbeat attitude. I have dealt with contractors that use a doom and gloom type approach to upcharge and create it to be a bigger project than it needs to be. Bill, through his many years of experience, tries to come up with solutions that are in the best interest of the home owner. The true test of a contractor is in how well they finish and communicate. Bill builds relationships and through that he has built his business through repeat business and referrals from those clients. I will have to say, the big smile he shows up with gets a little bigger with a cup of coffee from time to time.

B&T Caretakers do an excellent job. I've used them as the caretakers and maintainers for our rental property and they are great. They're accessible and always very personable and the work is top notch. They've done a kitchen sink install, great room painting (with high ceilings), front door replacement and painting, microwave and vent install, overall attention-to-detail property maintenance, and even hurricane preparation. Great work, great price, and a pleasure to work with.
