We come from humble beginnings, as Peter G. Sotire and Anthony Cerone founded the company in 1960 selling and installing storm windows out of Peter’s home. The pair named Double R after their wives, Rosemarie and Ruth, and the family values the company was founded upon are still our driving force today. We based our business on honesty, hard work and reliability, which is how we’ve grown into the complete home improvement contractor we are today.
