Affordable Construction Services' owners are graduates of the University of California at Davis. They, along with their employees, attend seminars and classes in construction management, water and mold mitigation, and have certificates in water damage restoration, applied microbial remediation, green building construction, and cost estimating. Owners and employees of Affordable Construction Services has attended and successfully completed LRRP (lead renovation, repair and painting) certification. They value the importance of staying up to date on new trends and cost saving techniques which they pass on to their clients. Affordable Construction Services is a member of several local building exchanges providing a network of suppliers and subcontractors to give them a competitive edge. Affordable Construction Services completes all phases of constructon: Fire and Water Damage Repairs, Mold Remediation, Kitchen and Bath Remodels, Room Additions, New Homes and Decks.
