The start of every successful project is an idea. 2nd, Proper planning. Draw plans, with accurate measurements of the electrical, Plumbing, cabinets and the counter tops. The plans changed 3 times. I added 4 receptacles to this kitchen. Relocated a wall, plumbing and sink 18" to center the sink to the stove behind it and Added a water supply for the refrigerator. In the "BEFORE" pictures there is a sliding door. In the "AFTER" pictures, the slider door was relocated and a wall and hallway to the new addition was put in its place. Removed the old florescent ceiling lights, and replaced it with 6 led recessed can lights. After Relocating the the slider door the Natural light source in the kitchen was diminished, leaving kitchen too dark. To remedy the lack of natural light I installed a 14" tubular skylight 4" crown moulding through out. Painted throughout.

To start this project I relocated the waterheater from the outside patio to inside Laundry room Took the 6' x 8' slider door from the north wall. relocated it to the west wall. Insulated the subfloor. Removed 600 sq ft of brick before grading. Due to the limited access to bring in even a Small grader. All grading and foundation was dug by hand. The home owner wanted a roof from the House to the detached garage. To do that I raised the roof 3' so the new roof would meet the garage properly Foundation has been dug, set and poured. Sheared the exterior wall with 5/8" for extra wall strength
