I had a problem with water leaking into my garage during wind-driven rainstorms for years. No other contractors had been able to detect the source. We had the upstairs windows replaced twice over a number of years and it didn't fix the problem. Terrell Williams took the time to remove all the old caulk and re-caulk. He also screwed down the flashing into the roof, since the nails were not holding it down securely. It has not leaked since. I was very impressed with his knowledge of what to do and his interest and commitment to fix the problem.

Absolutely 5 star handyman and carpenter! We have given Terrell a variety of projects over the last 5 years, electrical, tile, carpentry, etc. and he has always been professional, thorough. He priced the jobs fairly. He really thinks through his options before he does the work. He also is very responsive to phone calls and texts which is terrific. We recommend him highly.

I have used Terrell (aka Build Craft) for approximately 8-10 years. His skills are broad and he takes great pride in finding creative solutions. As a homeowner with limited skills it is important for me to trust who I hire. I am fussy about the quality of work. I have always felt that Build Craft approaches projects as if it were their house and not just another repair. Terrell's range of skills and tools are impressive. He has done everything from plumbing, electrical, cabinetry and rehab of antique armoire. Build Craft is reliable and prompt in their communication.
