  | Folsom Backyard Remodel | Apr 2015 | The homeowner was looking to revamp their backyard, while keeping costs low. We carefully reviewed different options during the initial stages of the project to ensure the homeowner received a beautiful backyard while staying within their budget. SITE PREP: Due to drainage issues, dirt was excavated, and unwanted pool equipment was removed. BACKYARD HARDSCAPE: Patio concrete was removed and replaced with color, a textured stamp, and same day sealer to extend the service life and enhance the color and gloss. A secondary color (Walnut), and sleeves for low volt or future landscaping was also installed. Backyard Landscaping: Install included new irrigation (anti-siphon valves, drip filter/regulator), drainage, topsoil, sod, and bender board. Front Yard: Dirt Excavation and haul off, new irrigation system, and dry creekbed install. | $23k | Folsom, CA |
