As I saw the crew outside, it reminded me to take a minute and let you know how much we appreciate the work you all do and what a great job you have done tending to our yard. The crew is efficient, hard working, polite, helpful, and wonderfully good natured. They take pride in what they do and they do it well. Thank you for taking care of our yard in the way I would if I weren't so old and feeble :-) We would be lost without you all.
