He came out right away when I first used Porch to find a company. I thought he did a good job, until new problems arose within a few days. I contacted him and he came back out. He did quite a bit of work, but I found more problems after he left. He now keeps telling me he is busy on another job, but he is basically refusing to come out and fix the pipe he broke!
