If you want "conscientious" Excellence, then Jeremy Niccum is your Man. He goes more than the extra mile in seeing to it that the customer is "more" than pleased with the finished product, and trends toward the "WOW" factor from the customer, as the best way to accept that his job is complete! He gets it, in spades, from me! Spectrum Painting is not "taking a chance;" rather, it is money well spent!

Romero Exterior | Nov 2015 | This was a repaint we did in late fall. There was extensive dry rotted siding and trim boards that we replaced and primed before painting. The house was caulked and sealed very well before the house was sprayed and back rolled. Stop peel primer was also used on the cracked siding that was not replaced. The front doors and garage doors were also sprayed. | $5k | Sacramento, CA

Ross Elk Grove | Apr 2015 | This was just a simple repaint. We put primer on all the stains, spackled the nail holes, and rolled the body in the same color. We also painted the baseboards and the door. Sherman Williams Macadamia was used. | $450 | Elk Grove, CA
Kistner Exterior | Apr 2015 | This Project was a heavy prep repaint. All nails in the siding were set, entire house was sanded, and old caulking was cut out and redone. We also caulked around all the windows. All the nail holes were primed before the painting of the body. The body was sprayed and back rolled on the first coat and resprayed for the second. The Trim was faced in Kelly Moore's Swiss Coffee with two coats. | $6k | Sacramento, CA
Clements Interior | Feb 2015 | This was a remodel home that was gutted down to the foundation and rebuilt. It was done working around other contractors. The Project started with PVA primer sprayed over the new textured drywall. The walls and ceiling where painted in satin and the trim in semi gloss. The doors were also sprayed with semi gloss. | $5k | Valley Springs, CA |
