Teddy T, is not a real customer of the company and her comment does not reflect the company, she hired several people to do work and fired them upon 50% of completion, most of them were immigrants and she took advantage of that to scare them of without pay for labor, her work was completed by one of our partaners at Blackstone Ventures and she had to pay this time upon completion because work was done according to contract specification, she was upset because this time she hired a licensed contractor and she had to pay. She is a very dishonest person and will take advantage of whom she can.

Theodore and his son Anthony Macias was doing business under Blackstone ventures just this past April 2018 that business is not authorized to have any employees however he showed up to my home with a crew of 5 people. Their work quality is horrible and they don't honor their word for repair. They put in two dummy drains that are not even connected. They left my dirt uneven causing a safety hazard for my back yard and I am a senior. Theodore stole 33 rolls of sod from my home that I purchased. He said it was only 5 rolls but when I did the math it was 33 rolls. He had taken them because he promised my next door neighbor that he would be back next week to put it in but never showed up after I called him on it. Please don't trust or use them. Theodore is a slick fast talking older man and his son has poor workmanship. I have asked them to either fix all the problems they left at my home or return my money and they have refused both causing me to report their practices to the contractors board under all the names and file a legal order against them. Their work is not good, I have pictures. They rocks they put in runs off water into my drain causing water to run down the street all day after my sprinklers turn off. I have lived here 25 years and never had these problems. They only want the money Theodore and his son has no honor. Theodore and his workers were drinking beer while working at my home. I now have to have all of the work they done on my sprinklers checked and done correctly. While working at my home the got a job 5 houses down and those people also had to have some one come back to put in and fix the sprinklers Theodore and his son put in. I'm a senior in a fixed income and can't afford to pay for their mistakes. It took me 5 years to save for my yard and they took advantage of me. Beware!
