I am writing this response in utter disbelief! This customer says the following, ?Very poorly managed, management team/owners rude and never engaged with customer (?), the staff supplied lacked the required skills to complete job requiring customer to hire outside Contractors?. The only outside Contractor used by the homeowner, was for an Insta Hot Gas Water Heater, which is a Specialty License and not every Plumber carries such a License, as mine does not. Poorly managed and never engaged with customer? We had 333.5 hours of manpower on the jobsite. As far as our Estimator, he had 130 emails back and forth with the customer between 9/7/17 ? 11/17/17. From 10/4/17 ? 11/17/17 there were 178 Text Messages between him and the homeowner. From 11/9/17 ? 12/8/17 there were 39 Text Messages between my Office Administrator?s personal phone and the homeowner and 47 emails between the Office and homeowner between 10/12/17 ? 11/17/17. That?s a total of 394 Electronic Correspondence between the Office and Homeowner. Also, we counted 45 Smiley Faces on these message. What this is, is a Witch Hunt to try and destroy my Business. It boils down to this, the Customer had us build a ?Custom? Cabinet to THEIR specifications. We drew it up, they reviewed and signed off on it. We built it and installed it but, for some reason, they did not like it after installation and wanted their money back. We built what they wanted and approved but because we did not give them money back, it has become a ?smear campaign? against our Company and me personally. After all is said and done, we installed that cabinet in another area of their house. I was born and raised in Safety Harbor and have been here for all of my 58 years. We have been in Business for almost 14 years and have NEVER had such a horrible review EVER and because of one cabinet that was built from this Customer?s specifications ? which makes ?Custom?. Safety Harbor is a small town and we have a great reputation here until this Customer thought that this was a good idea to attack my Company and my Staff.
