I have never experienced such great customer service as what I consistently receive from Peter and his team at Urban Horticultural Services. If I ever notice any particular issue with my lawn or shrubs one phone call to Peter and someone from his team is to my house the same day to analyze the situation and treat it if necessary. This is part of the service they deliver and it is definitely above and beyond in my opinion. I have been a customer now of Urban Horticultural Services for 5+ years. Before I switched to Urban Horticultural Services I had gone through 5 different service providers and none met my expectations. I am extremely picky (Peter will tell you - ha ha!) and once i switched to Urban Horticultural Services I have been so extremely happy - and such a relief to not have to worry about whether the service will continue to be consistently great - it has been for 5+ years. More and more of my neighbors in Safety Harbor have switched to Urban Horticulture after seeing how beautiful my lawn, shrubs and palms stay throughout the year. Great service, great results, and at a great price. You can't ask for anything better than that. I am a very happy customer and would encourage each and everyone that might not be satisfied with their current lawn, shrub and tree condition to definitely get in touch with Peter and his team. First rate service. Timely applications. Accurate spraying and feeding. People who use Urban Horticulture in our neighborhood have the best, fullest and greenest lawns. They always call to let you know when they are coming. Always ready to give expert advice about pests, lawn care, trimming and mowing.

I have had Urban Horticultural Services taking care of my yard for 7 years now. Of all the businesses we have taking care of our home, they are by far the best. Peter’s wisdom is unmatched and the customer service is outstanding. The techs actually care and are well trained. I highly recommend them. You will find no one else better.

Stay Away. Hired this company and they promised lawn improvement. You cannot ask questions because they get offended and are rude.
