Wow! I’m so glad he DID NOT show up with these reviews! I spoke to David on Tuesday evening, I sent him pictures of the yard and we agreed that he’ll come Friday evening to do an estimate. He said that he will be in contact with me between Wednesday and Thursday to set up a time. I never heard from him. I sent him a text earlier today and he still haven’t replied.

S he owed up b worked about four hours left and sent me a text message telling me the clean up was going to cost more than he bid. I indicated that I was not able to pay more than the bid. He never returned to finish the project, leaving the brush he cut all over the yard for me ti deal with. In addition he did not even attempt the second project to repaid the fence . The topper is that he refused to return the deposit I paid for the fence project.

We had a bad experience with Project1landscape. Fourteen bushes that he planted for us have died. The Hydrangea bushes he planted have also died. He said he would replace the dead items, but he did not. The sprinkler system he installed does not work. He was suppose to cut our grass twice a month, but he has not. He has not replied to phone calls.
