Repair of damage from going down hill through yard then drag out. Yard road and concrete damage. About 2 months after event 2 guys spent the day getting 1/2 the sod work done. Multiple efforts to get them to finish. 1 month later came late and placed dead yellow sod on unprepared ground. Called Alec and after he left it as he was "done", called back and had 3 guys out the next day. They worked the dead sod, gave me some grass seed and said Alec told them if I watered it 14 consecutive days it would come back (they didn't water or set the sod). Wokers admitted they would not use in their yard and that it had been carried around in Alec's trunk for 3 days (all good weather). Couple more calls and Alec came and replaced the sod (no water or setting of sod). I have worked the sod and it may make it. Refuses to accept responsibility for concrete asphalt and Ameren box so litigation to come.
