  | Lincoln Kitchen Renovation | Feb 2015 | This Grosse Pointe kitchen was quite...Dated when I first quoted it. you can see the finished product for yourself!!. The Homeowners went with a nice modern White cabinet look with BUTCHER BLOCK counters throughout the kitchen!!. I wasn't sure how the Butcher Block would look at first, but it really MADE the kitchen. We also installed LED under cabinet lighting. we actually ran about 3-5 days over the time we had told the Homeowner, but they were very happy in the end. | $12k | Grosse Pointe, MI |

They went with a Slate walk in shower and Slate on the floor. | Grove Pointe, Structural Alterations. | Dec 2014 | The basement on this house was divided up into 3 section and the middle section of floor joists was sagging about 1". The house was built in the 1940's. We lay protection down on the floor (the gentleman had a custom gaming floor in the basement) and jacked the joists and sistered them with LVL joists. the Homeowner was happy with the result and just called us back to do some more structural work in another part of the house. | $3k | Saint Clair Shores, MI | |
| Hiller House Remod | Apr 2013 | Our company did a complete roof tearoff and replacement. We also tore out the existing Asphalt driveway, and repaved in Asphalt again. When we were tearing the driveway out, there was a sprinkler line that we tore out that the Homeowner forgot was there. Our driveway company had supplies with them for such circumstances, and fixed the problem right away. We also did extensive plumbing repair, as well as a complete Furnace replacement and new A/C installation. The homeowner was happy with the final result.
