Do not use this company. They will take a deposit and ghost you. They are using the excuse of Covid as why they are behind schedule. That might be a reason but the fact they refuse to answer the phone to give any updates for the past month shows me they are frauds. I’ll be filling a small claims court lawsuit to get my deposit back. I’ve given them plenty of opportunities to at least call me for an update and they have failed. I hope you take the negative reviews seriously and save yourself the headache. Absolute crooks that should be shut down and made to pay for wasting everyone’s time.

They don't care about customers once the work is paid. They don't callback, they don't reply to the emails...They really don't care about customers. Although they have done a good job around here (that's why I chose them ), the customer service is the worst ever.

Worst customer service ever ! Multiple issuess with installation. Called and asked to fix it, and they never did! I spent $12k on my wooden fence...Buyer BEWARE!!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Did not do what was stated on there contract and it took over three months to almost complete the job. Find some other company to install your fence is my advice.
