Riteway concrete

I was looking for someone to replace my patio.  One of the contractors recommended to me was Ritewway Concrete. What  a horrible experience I had with them. They came out and gave me a quote right away.  I signed a contract with them to do the work in February expecting the work would be done sometime in May. I got an email from them in April saying they'd be out in May to do the work and I was so excited. And that was when all communication stopped.  They didn't show up in May, so by the middle of the month, I started calling them.  Mike kept telling me they'd be out the next week for sure. This went on into the middle of June when he just stopped taking my calls/texts/emails.  Basically he ghosted me.  In July, I finally contracted with a different company.  I sent a letter and email to Riteway Concrete letting them know I was firing them, but they didn't even respond to that. Avoid them and save yourself the frustration I had to deal with.

This company takes pride in their work, no shortcuts just pure excellence. They did our driveway and the sidewalk in front of our porch. It looks classy with attention to details and we are so glad we hired pros. Their prices were better than the other quotes we received from their competition.

They are so bad in appointments Never finish the work They took the survey we made the deal on price timeframe They never showed up and they keep reschedule for 3 weeks and they they said we can’t do the work BTW they never call to reschedule before appointment they just never show up 3 times
