| Bathroom save | Jan 2015 | This disaster was the product of a leaking seal in the sink and an overflowed bathtub. after many months of neglect and not properly drying up the water it created mold. all flooring was gutted and replaces including sub floor mold properly treated, Walls torn out where mold spread and properly treated. Replaced everything new including sink, new waterproof tile Board for further prevention, sheet rock, toilet rubber ring, baseboards, fresh coat of paint for a comfortable and attractive look, black bath tub rubber baseboard trim and new caulking for a completely waterproof bathroom . New glass and window frame repaired and weatherized,and fresh coat of paint. | Kitchen Rehab | Dec 2014 | This Kitchen screamed for help. Originally an open plan to the living room with dark depressing colors and very limited storage space, we did what we do best. Simply adding a lighter color of fresh paint to the cabinetry and fresh new hinges and knobs we transitioned the look of the cabinetry and counter top to flow with fresh and updated vinyl flooring. We added a fresh coat of paint to the walls and incorporated a sleek industrial look for added self space. With limited sq footage to work with we fantastically incorporated a bar style dividing feature between the two rooms with an open concept to give a cozy feel yet openly inviting comfort to both rooms. Topped off with an oatmeal color stain and white walls this feature plays well with a modern convenience of a plug in placed on the outer wall. right off of the kitchen we simply hand craften a floating wall self stained to match the wood of the bar. What a great feel as you enter this small cozy 2 bedroom unit. Originally rented out for $450/mo this unit easily and quickly had a huge response in showing times and rents increased well over 100 dollars a month now renting on a 12 month lease at $575 a month.
