BE WARNED!! NEVER USE THIS CONTRACTOR. Robert Hardin of Robbie's Floors and Decks requested a down payment of over $400.00 to begin work on my home deck. This was in May, 2017. As of this date, July 4, 2017, he has not done a minute of work on my deck. I've made several request to him for a return of my monies. He has completely ignored my phone calls and text messages. He is a thief and has no conscience. If I was allow a rating of 0, that is what he would get
