FLOORING REHAB CO

Flooring Rehab pulled up the carpeting and installed vinyl wood laminate in my new condo. They were recommended to me and the price seemed reasonable. I was understanding when Joe moved the date twice for the work to happen. It was toward the beginning of the coronavirus quarantine and I figured these things happen. The work was decent, I was dissatisfied with the metal industrial looking seam covers they used in the doorways to my kitchen and bathroom. They completely brought down the look of the nice new flooring and I had imagined that something that matched the wood appearance would have been used. In addition there were many areas where the 1/4 round didn’t meet the floor and I asked for those to be leveled off. I spoke with Joe about this and the 1/4 round was leveled and I was told that seam covers would be ordered and it would take a few weeks. That was the end of April. We are now in June and Joe has ignored my calls and texts and completely blown me off. I found decent seam covers at Menards and asked a friend to install. I shouldn’t have had to to do this and it is really unprofessional to avoid, mislead, and lie and to your customers. I was really disappointed that this happened.

We like to do business with good people who do good work. For us, it can't just be one or the other. Luckily, Joe Fogarty's Flooring Rehab offers both of these things & then some. We couldn't recommend him more highly!
