Joe Graczak is an ASHI Certified Inspector (ACI) and has his civil engineering degree from the University of Missouri. Joe is President of Suburban Home Inspection Service, Inc. and has been doing ASHI inspections all around the St. Louis area since 1997. He will e-mail a very specific, paragraph-style, narrative report custom to the inspection and with pictures by the next day. Joe is very thorough, conscientious and "client service" oriented. He encourages the client to attend and participate in the inspection process. Joe strives for a well-informed client so all stakeholders avoid surprises/controversy. Joe is readily available for questions/concerns before, during and after the inspection/report.
