Joseph Benne. Beyond unethical "carpenter". He lies, steals and his craftsmanship is a joke. He has had multiple opportunities to do the right thing on projects, but has decided to lie and not pay his bills. Do not believe this individual. He doesn't deserve to work anywhere near a construction project. We are presently pursuing small claims for over $3,000.00.

Completely unethical, in fact, Joesph Benne (Scrubs Owner) is downright a criminal. Don't trust a word he says, as he is looking to rip you off. He stole $3,000 from my family, didn't finish the job, and his workmanship is terrible. Stay away!

BEWARE! They are unreliable and do not pay their bills. Homeowner kicked them off the job for faulty work. Vendors realize you will not be paid!

To whoever is contemplating using Scrubs Construction - don't. You will deeply regret it. When the owner of Scrubs Construction, Joseph Benne started work on our home addition, he seemed like a very honest and kind man. We felt we had a good relationship with him. Here we are 9 months later, and he has yet to finish our 300-square-foot room addition or deck that we already paid for. Not only has he completely disappeared and not shown up for the past two months to finish the job, but he has stolen money from us and used our credit card to pay for materials for other projects he's working on. We had to cancel the credit card after he failed to give it back. There is no worse feeling than someone completel taking advantage of your trust by stealing from you and never finishing a job that should have only taken 8 weeks to finish. After repeatedly contacting him and giving him the chance to do the right thing, we have decided to take legal action against him. We are also in the process of finalizing a criminal report for the theft of funds. Learn from our mistake and do not use this company.
