Victor is truly an artist. I purchased an 18th century English tall case clock at auction, and got it for a song. Victor restored the clock using antique parts, and even refinished and repaired the case. It is absolutely gorgeous and runs like a dream. Antiques Roadshow now estimates its value at 37 times what I paid for it.
