After a recent storm, a roofing company knocked on our door and asked if we would like a free roof inspection. We agreed and were told we had significant roof damage. Somewhat surprised, we contacted Innovative for a second opinion - they had been recommended by a neighbor and they also provide free inspections. Tim, a rep at Innovative, came out to look at our roof and lo and behold! He said our roof was in great condition (our roof is approx. 6 years old) and there was absolutely no sign of storm damage or damage of any kind. How refreshing that this company was honest and not just looking to make a sale! Rest assured, we will be calling Innovative Roofing when the inevitable day comes that we DO need a new roof!
