Everything was extremely wonderful. We were getting a new roof because of some hail damage, but having never gone through a process like that we had no idea what we were doing. They were extremely helpful in telling us what will happen with that process. We assumed that getting a new roof at the end of November was not a good idea, but they did their homework on the conditions needed for the shingles we selected, and we were able to schedule a day that was warm enough for the shingles. There was a slight delay one day, but they were extremely accommodating with that situation and everything else that came up. They were always available when I needed to call or text, and even allowed us to make payments on our total invoice using our credit card so we could get some airline miles. All in all, it was a great process, and I highly recommend Prime Exteriors!
