-Tile installation guest/master baths including showers- Tile was installed in both the guest and master bathroom, though each had its own style in mind with unique design properties. The guest shower was installed with a 3" x 6" light grey subway tile installed with a brick offset pattern stacked in the shower standing tall next to a grayish 12" x 12" tile combined with black artisan decorative graphic designed to be tiled in a straight/linear fashion creating a symmetrical pattern with each adjacent tile matching every one installed in the floor area producing a creative look and unique design. The master bath shower was tiled with a glossy and bright white tile in 4" x 12" size tiles stacked directly on top of each other in a straight/linear layout with a two columns of black glossy mosiac tile with small quarter sized hexagon pieces. Also added was sitting bench in the corner as well as a niche tiled with the black hexagon tile. In addition to the shower walls the wall separating the shower from the bathroom was tile on the outside as well as the wall where the cabinets and sinks were to be later installed. The floor was installed with heated coils under a elegant design mosaic tile with a busy design and wavy curve pattern inviting you in with the special attention added in the details of this bath. All grout was installed with epoxy and stain resistant grout. -Tile backsplash in kiktchen- The backsplash was installed with 2" x 8" bright white tile with a brick offset pattern giving a simple yet adding quality and brightness to the kitchen. -Engineered Wood Flooring entire home- With hard work and great team effort we were able to complete the wood installation in 3 days time, pictures speak for themselves really.

to understand this project you need to know the house was built on a solid slab without any plumbing intergrated into the foundation. I first demo'd the old shower and removed the wall panels where the shower was. After I had to reconfigure the studs for added strength and for my hardy backer. I also built in a section for a niche. After I put my new plumbing in place and constructed the framing for the shower bed I then put in my bed mix for the shower bed because of the NEO shape and unique layout for the tile. After I screwed in my hardy backer and waterproofed the entire shower area from ceiling to shower bed with Schluter or Kerdi waterproofing membrane and tested for leaks with four inches of water and marked a line and 24 hours later NO LEAKS! After I prepped the structure, walls, bed, footrest and waterproofed the shower I begin laying tile and my client wanted pebbles for the shower floor I started with the wall tile first, starting with a 6" x 24" then 12" x 24", then again a 6" wide tile and then 12" repeating this step as I moved upwards all the way to the ceiling except for a section halfway up I installed mosaic border tile, I also had to custom cut tile for the section where the shower glass door and walls would rest, installed tile for the footrest and niche with 2x2 mosaic tile. With all my tile adhered to the walls I installed the shower bed with pebble floor. For grout I used Laticrete Epoxy Sanded Grout. For the bathroom floor outside of the shower I installed 12" x 24" Tiles and grouted with epoxy as well. I re-fastened the toilet with new wax ring. With all the construction parts of the project completed all that was left was to install the digital shower panel, installed the glass framing,then glass walls, then last the glass swinging door.
