Tri-City Construction & Home Repair

It was far beyond what I expected. They built our dock. Painted every single board, all 4 sides. Even painted boards you would never see to prolong the life of the wood. They strapped our dock down which saved it from a hurricane a month later. Not a scratch on it. They built a addition on our third floor and came across a lot of problems with the contractors work that originally built the house. A architect that specialized in structural support. Told us we needed tear House Down that it wasn't safe. Tri-City Construction talk us out of it and insured us he could fix it. He did major repairs on the structure and after completion. The architect returned and said that we could actually build another house on top of the one we had and was very impressed at what he had seen. Needless to say Tri-City Construction had the go ahead to start building our addition on the third floor and it was a work of art. Everything they have built for us is still standing strong and we are very grateful that we found Tri-Construction & Home Repair to do the work they have done. We are very happy with all the work that they have done for us.
