I was very pleased with the work completed. Very professional. In addition to replacing old defective units, they made repairs to my system that were not even in the quoted job. Cleaned up after themselves (which not all A/C contractors do). They did a good job for me and I recommend them for A/C work.

This company was chosen for me by my home warranty company. I would have NEVER hired them myself. The first red flag was after the unit was installed I noticed that some pavers that I bought for a garden border were missing. When I asked the Sola Pros guys about them, nobody seemed to know what I was talking about. So I took my camera and snapped pictures inside the unit and lo and behold, there were my pavers being used to hold something up. I sent the pictures to Mr. Smith and he sent his workers back out to remove my pavers and fix the unit properly. Three years later I noticed the unit was very noticeably tilting to the left. The new unit was put on a large concrete slab, and to the right of the unit over a foot of the slab is showing. The left side of the unit is in the dirt, which I assume is causing the tilt. I contacted Mr. Smith via email about this and I got no response. There is SO much more I could write but it's just too much. I have pictures that speak volumes.

They have worked on our system in the past and always prompt and excellent service. Our 18 year old system finally died on Wednesday evening and they are installing the new system today, just 3 days later. We highly recommend Sola Pros/AC Pros.
