David built an upstairs office for me in a previous house and his work was impeccable, as was his work ethic. When I did a full renovation of a condo recently I had David back because of my previous positive experience. The job involved moving walls, a new kitchen and bathroom and refinishing everything else including flooring, paint, electrical and plumbing. The results were spectacular. I am very particular and I was extremely satisfied with the results. I cannot speak more highly of UNC, David and his team. David is always a pleasure to work with, is honest and reliable.

I had a couple projects done by U Name It Construction. One was a removal of my chimney, which was leaking, and then have the area covered over with shingles. I was actually just up on the roof and cannot even tell where the patch was made. No more leaks. The second job was supervised by U Name It Construction who had subcontracted out a garage roof re-shingle for me. The work was done exactly the way I wanted. The shingles were straight, no leaks, and no mess left for me to clean up.

David is incredible! He has come to my rescue a couple of times. Roof problems, porch problems, door problems. He knows exactly what to do and can work without supervision. I live a couple hours away from the city and I needed someone to take projects from beginning to end....someone I could trust. I would never call anyone else.
