| Appartment Renovation | Feb 2016 | Tear out existing vinyl and replace with upgraded vinyl. After we stripped the existing floor we discovered that the sub floor was rotten and full of mold. We notified the property owner and he said he wanted it done right, so we tore up the sub floor and laid a new one. Finally we were able to install his new vinyl on the nice new surface!
